Pretty, he looks about as big as mine is.  Where is that at?

The biggest sailfin I have ever seen in person, Dwayne has/had last time I was up there. It was easily the size of a large dinner plate

Wow. That's big. Well that sailfin now resides in my quarantine tank.

Week four quickly approaches no signs of ich. Can't wait to get him in the tank. [IMG]

I really need a quarantine tank. I may have a sailfin with ick in my tank.

Don't want to be a party poop, but if you have ich on one, you probably have ich on all of your fish. A hospital tank is more in order.

Not able to create new thread-hope my question is able for everyone to view??

Our sailfin tang that was purchased from Whitney at Petco for half off is now doing great! We placed him in the quarantine tank for six weeks with meds. He's been in our main tank since Easter and has adjusted very well.

His marking just before his tail has opened up and there are brown thread like materials hanging out. (Looks like poo)

    Anyone have answers?

Beautiful fish Whitney! I like those better than the A. desjardini. Wish I had a tank big enough for one.

That one at The Fish Tank would look pretty big.....if he had his sail fin! :)

That's a desjardini I agree if it had its fins it would be a monster.

Sounds like he is eating good olé hair algae. It turns brown sometimes.
