For now it's a novelty but I was wondering what is the smallest pump available?

The hob is as big as the tank.

Maybe some kind of a DIY airlift just to keep the water moving. I have plenty of live rubble to come up with a aquascape. I will just grab a liter of water when I do a water change to get it going.

If I decide to keep it I may do just a mushroom or two and a small hermit to keep things tidy.

:D Wow! I thought my 4 gallon was small! Following along. Love to see what you come up with.

Well I played with an air lift. It works but I don't like the bubbles. I would imagine salt creep would be a nightmare.

I have a really nice small heat sink that will make a killer pendent light. I wonder if a Cree 3up would cook everything in the tank. I guess I could make a driver with a pot to dim it.

When I had my half gallon tank running I used a turtle tank canister filter, it was rated for 30 gallons but the flow was super low. Ran the tank really well for two and a half years with soft corals.

It's a vase and the inside demotions are irregular. If I can't get this one to work I may build a 1 gallon. That way I can build a internal filter and area for the pump.

I think I'm going to try a planted freshwater tank. Been wanting to do one for a while.

There is hardly no room to work in. I had to use tweeters to place everything.
