Old Business 1. 501c3 has been completed. 2. Get your photos posted for the tank photo contest. New Business 1. Reef Fest will take place instead of a regular meeting at The Fish Bowl in Searcy. Corey & Norman will be running the frag workshop. Food sign up will be on the forum. There will be a $700 tank for raffle. John & Corey will set up. Jason will breakdown and be in charge of the raffle & admission tickets. Shawn will take care of store advertising. 2. Discussion about having a food drive at Reef Fest and Toy Drive at the christmas meeting in December. 3. John Ledbetter will now have possession of the club's t-shirts and bring them to each meeting/event. The price has been dropped to $10 each. Get em' while they're hot! Nikka Pettit has volunteered to research new t-shirt possibilities on the web. 4. Nominations began for the upcoming elections of officers for 2014. See the nominations post on the forums. Motion was made and passed unanimously to have the 3 board of directors serve as postions consisting of a membership director, activity director, and an at large director. 5. Sites for next year's meetings were tentatively scheduled and are as follows: January-John Ledbetter's home (Little Rock) February-David Martin's home (Conway?) March-Greg Eller's home (Bryant) April-Family Day (location at a park TBD) May-Paradise Pets (Benton) June-Shane Perryman's home (Conway?)
