Picked up some from Paradise Pets today and installed it about a hour ago. I can already see a slight difference in water clarity!!!! Good stuff!!!!

I think anytime in that 3-6 month range works. If the tank starts to misbehave, change it out. I keep 2 11oz bags and change one out every 3 months, meaning one bag stays in the tank 6 months before changing. Sent from John's Tapatalk
Hiya, Thanks you two! I am having a clarity problem right now, as well as some algae growth on my glass. Problem is my bags only 2 months old. It was put in right after the power outage and am wondering if it got used up faster because of it. Kim/Benton, AR
I would say you need some carbon in there. It's a lot cheaper and will make your chemipure pads last longer. I like the pelletized carbons better. Good Luck!
