I just bought an acrylic sump that I am going to run my skimmer and bio reactor in. I need to drill an overflow hole in it without cracking it.
any help with what to buy or where to take this to have it drilled will be appreciated.

I've done it. Regular hole saw works fine. Take your time and don't rush it (push really hard - that will also melt the acrylic). If you are drilling for standard bulkhead I know I have the bit. Email me and I'll help you out if needed. It'll take longer for the drive to my shop than the procedure. :D
