For the longest time now I have received strange looks and been asked over and over about the use of flower picks as frag holders. I honestly have never done a side by side comparison between the two. I would like to know a little more about this myself. So here it is... I plan to leave these two side by side to evaluate the differences of which one covers first, which one looks better, which one last, which one over all turns out in the end worthy of planting in a persons tank. I will keep this thread updated as I go along and plan on taking pictures ever 15 days or so to see what if any changes have occurred. I also have this running on my facebook page and depending on frequency you may find that its updated more often but never the less the information will be added. I also want to run this over on Reef Central too so I will more than likely start a thread there to keep up with.

Lets see if these things are worth using, or if even I will be persuaded to go back to glue.

Mann, I have an early opinion on your expirament. The flower pick is best for a frag tank, then for display break away the coral from base and glue. Very interested to see actual results!!
