Are you referring to the little round white deposits on the rock? If so I'd say it looks like your nerite snails have been getting frisky!
No disaster! Nerite snails are prodigious egg layers. Unfortunately I've never seen any hatch successfully in my tank. Here's a picture of my huge turbo snail....you can see the exact same eggs on his shell. Wonder what that looked like happening?!
