2015 March Meeting Minutes 2015 March Minutes Location: David Martin's House Conway, AR Attendees: David Pettit (President), David Martin (Vice-President), Kim Ettleman (Secretary), Jason Todd (Treasurer), John Carroll (Activities Director), Alyssa Carroll, Jennifer Carroll, Allan Candler, Nikka Pettit and Corey Rose Old Business: 1. Club revisited the spending the $500 to have Calvin redesign the website to be more user friendly to Iphones, Ipads and other digital devices. It was decided not to do this, but it wasn't brought to a vote. 2. Home button still not installed 3. Officer's still need to get their Bio's to Calvin to be posted to the website 4. Reef Frenze button needs to be fixed, goes to Hamilton. New Business: 1. To get your discount at our sponsor stores, pull up website on your phone and show them your membership status. 2. David Martin will round up all the equipment and get a storage unit. 3. Donation letter is supposed to be given to John Carroll so he can start to gather raffle items for the event in May. Discussion: Triton System was discussed. This is a way to manage reef tanks without doing water changes. Corey Rose is starting this method, but is only in his first month.
