Did tank inspection only to find that our female clown is missing. Checked overflows. Checked for carpet surfing. Checked sump. No body. Beginning to believe she's run off with the banggai who is perpetually hiding in the rocks. Other explanations?
Idk I'm missing my yellow coris. After moved all the rocks and everything out of the other tank. I think he might of jumped out and the dogs got him.
If not in any of those places I'm thinking she's a goner and disposed of by the clean up crew. That said, I had a flasher wrasse disappear for 5 or 6 weeks. I looked in the overflow with a flash light and didn't see him. A few weeks later I opened the stand door to change filter socks and there he was swimming around in the sump like nothing had happened.
Found her. I re-checked the overflows and the little lady was allll the way at the bottom. Fed her. Picking up eggcrate tomorrow. Rescue mission tomorrow night when I can seal up her escape route.
