I was originally a member of this community back when I was in high school and had a 6 gallon nano. As a high school kid with no patience or money the tank somewhat failed miserably, but I'm back! I recently graduated college and have started my career as well as my own company. I am excited about being able to rejoin this community and hope to learn a ton as I always will. I am also currently talking to a few companies within the saltwater community (Red Sea mainly) about some opportunities and hope to get a bigger tank from them. I will update on that later. I remember talking to John Ledbetter and a few of you about your tanks and loving that conversation. Shawn Daprano was also my youth pastor in high school so I have a few connections. Feel free to say Hi as I am always up for talking to people. Have a great day all!
Hello! What size tank are you looking to do this time around? I have an 85 gallon reef that I'm working on.
Right now I am going through the cycling process of my six gallon nano, but as for the bigger tank I will have to see what the companies give me. I am talking to Red Sea and Innovative Marine right now. I am thinking a 60-80 gallon reef. That's at least what I would prefer.
Yes, I currently in talks with both companies about doing some work with them. Perks of knowing how to market/having connections haha
Gotcha. Well I'm looking for a light for my coral QT tank, so let me know if you ever get the urge to bargain for one! Lol
Welcome back Brad! I miss Shawn! He's a dear friend and good reefer. I know he's doing what he was called to do in Washington.
I agree. I haven't talked to him since I graduated high school. I guess it is just a result of moving away as sad as it may be.
Hey Kim! I bet you will. I'm the guy who's family bought cockatiels from you and I also bought a bearded dragon from you back in the day.
Hiya, Oh, god Brad...I've slept since then. I haven't raised birds for over 10 years...same with the beardies. Miss the little stinker's though.
