There are 2 parts to this post. First and most important, I want to tell you about an awesome transaction that I had. I broke a bulkhead in my frag tank (not awesome) I ordered a new bulkhead only to find out that I ordered the wrong one (not awesome). Of course I discover this after I drained the whole thing and attempted to install the new bulkhead on Friday (not awesome). I logged back in to BRS and placed an order for the correct bulkhead and paid for overnight shipping (also not awesome). Several hours later I sent them a FB message telling them that my item didn't ship even though I beat the deadline. Well it eventually shipped Friday night and Saturday afternoon is when I learned that overnight shipping only applies M-F. Today it arrived. Here is the awesome part, Andy from BRS called me to discuss the shipping issue and confusion and although I was the one in the wrong for not paying attention close enough, he refunded the shipping cost in store credit.
