In2Deep frag swap Saturday March 30, 2013

The event will be Saturday March 30th at Millwood Christian Church (3450 Pleasant Grove Road Rogers, AR 72756). We will open the doors for anyone that wants to bring tanks and sell/swap stuff that morning. We will open the doors for everyone a few hours later. Exact times TBD

We will have a raffle and I am working on getting us some cool stuff to raffle off. Tickets for the raffle will be sold, and all proceeds will go to the club.

There will be no entry fee or a fee for a booth/table. We are asking people that want to setup a booth/table to make a donation to the club. It can be an item for the raffle or just a donation.

If you plan on bringing a booth we ask that no metal halides be used for lighting and that you bring an extension cord (if possible).

Please let me know if you intend to bring a tank so that I can have an idea of how many to expect.

For those of us that will be attending we would also like to have a rough head count. Just post here if you would like to attend.

What if I won't know till the day before or day of?

 

That's no problem at all. I would like to try and get just close to a head count. Just something to tell the vendors what we expect to be here.

Vendors from Mo stepping it up with a colony of fruit loops for the raffle.

There are at least three vendors booked with lots of room for more. I know of several more hobbyist bringing tanks. I hope some folks from RR book space.

Including some really nice montis, a SC Ultimate Chaos, a colony of Vivid's Fruit Loops, acans, gift certificates, and more to come!

Guys we are getting more items to raffle off. With raffle tickets at $1 and the amount of things we have it may be worth it . We also have a great list of vendors bringing tanks. We have one brining 250 frags and another over 100 frags. I know the guy bringing the 100 and he has awesome stuff and great prices. Most of his are $20-30! Montis, cyphastrea and many others.

We will have gift cards to AirWater&Ice in the raffle, we are working on goodie bags for everyone that shows up!

Norman, (Fisher) this is a great excuse to come up and visit. I haven't seen you in many years. If you can bring some corals with you, they may just pay for your trip.

Also, if anyone has captive raised fish they want to sell bring them too.

Raffle grabber

 

I like how people are posting what they will possibly bring and how much they asking for it. That way I know what I can expect to come buy. I won't have anything to trade but I'll be buying many zoa frags and tons of equipment.

 

Look I'm sorry for getting off topic but this is very funny and petty. I'll make sure from now on to stay on topicso no one ill have a fit. No, truthfully its stupid.

I don't think this event is petty or stupid at all. Thank you for your comment though. What would you like to see at the event that would make it better? I am open to hearing all opinions.
