Old Business: 1. Meeting layouts will consist of officer and board of director reports each time followed by general business. 2. 501c3 status is in the hands of the IRS, now we wait on their response. New Business: 1. Shawn has asked for a committee to describe each officer and board of director's position description and duties. Corey, Whitney and Norman volunteered to do this task. 2. Motion was made and passed unanimously to buy a Tunze wave maker at 1/2 price from Tunze to have as a future raffle prize. 3. Please give ideas for future projects and topics for meetings to David Pettit. Demonstration: Thanks to John Ledbetter, Kim Ettlemen, David Martin, and Duane Birky for demonstrating and making screen tops for John and Kim's tanks. Frag Giveaway: Numbers were drawn for positions to choose the fantastic frags from AquaSD. I think everyone went away happy with the frag they obtained. Lunch provided by members with special thanks to Shawn's wife for the cheeseburger soup. Meeting adjourned. Board of Directors/Officer meeting took place after the general meeting. Topics discussed include getting the website optimized to be more user friendly and easy for officers to keep track of paid members, who needs to be moderator/administrators. Coral selection for future meetings was also discussed. We also discussed duties of officers and directors which will be taken up by the committee mentioned in the general meeting.
