Thanks guys. I will be moving my 14 gallon Bio-cube over in a few days. I dont think I will have much of a cycle as there is about 20 Lbs of good live rock in the 14, and I am going to rinse the bio-balls in the tank water after removing the LR and put them in the sump for a short while to help build the bio-filter in the new tank.
Awsome job, how long did it take to get everything together and then do the work? There is one thing that I don't understand from the pictures. Why did you drill the overflow holes on top of each other. I understand that the bottom one is water out but what is the function of the the plumbed hole above it. Just curious. Oh and I started getting stuff together in March. The system had every thing but plumbing and bulkheads and the filter sock I had to order the bulkheads and filter sock off line. The 14 Bio-Cube contents goes in tomorrow.
Here is a video of my tank. The sound you hear is the rain the door was open. The tank is very quite thanks to the Hofer Gurgle Buster http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tq-Tbhf-hEA
