ok guys my alkalinity has been running at 14 by the red sea pro test kit and its been like this for a few months will a high alkalinity hurt anything or keep stuff from growing at a good pace and I have a good bit of corals in the tank now and a clam ..so is there anything I can do or just let it come down on it own in time thanks david
Let it come down naturally unless there are issues. If everything looks good I wouldn't worry too much. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2

What do you does with and how/much often, I have had a lot tanks that ran 12-14 dKH with no problems, only crazy growth. What is your Ca ?
