    These guys have top notch customer service. My controller was on the fritz they took care of me and sent a new one.

    I had a similar experience Whitney. My power cord kept coming loose causing my Director to disconnect. They sent a new one that fixed the problem immediately, no questions asked.

    Most places wish they had customer service like this.
