I have finally recieved my budget and first thing, got new substrate for the school's reef. All substrate replaced, and re-stacked all live rock. Pics are ok, not soo good.
Not a problem! The tank is coming along nicely. Finally. I have spent soo much time and my own money, as well as generous reef members willing to donate some coral last year. Unfortunately, it was all lost. The fish have all made it fine. Now I am more anxious to put coral back into the tank. If anyone has any doner frags. We would greatly appreciate them. Thank you, Kevin and Cindy for donating the large zoa rock last year, And Thx David for also donating some zoas. The tank has an older downdraft skimmer on it, which is really under-powered (pump too small?). And I hate adjusting it. It looks similar to an aquac EV series but not. If any of you have a skimmer and are not wanting much for it, let me know what u have, or how to beef up this old one. Thx guys, Cameron Ivie
Ya know Kim, i thought u'd remember i go to Arkansas Tech....ya know, since i worked with u.... But i will gladly accept all offers! Im in R-ville right now but will be coming home for a short time this weekend, and next weekend as well.
Cameron...dear, I'm old. My brain doesn't work like it used to. Give me a hollar this weekend and maybe we can get together. I've got a Texas Hold'm tourney Saturday and a few open houses on Sunday, so if we can't make it this weekend maybe next one. Kim/Benton, AR
