I have been looking at a JBJ Canister filter with a built-in UV light.I have been running a Emporior 400 for the last 5 years with good luck.What one would be best to use on a 59 Gal. reef tank?Should I stay with what I have?
It's always best to have a sump and refuigium /w skimmer, on a true reef system, but if you have basicly a FOWLR and a few low light softies, zoos, and mushrooms, I would say use both. On the tanks I don't have corals in I use both with good results. Would help to know more about your tank.
