clams

    any one know if you can put clams in a led light tank and they do ok :confused:

    Once my clam adjusted he was fine, just took a few.

    I've read online that you could. I own LED lights, and was looking into maybe adding a clam. But I have not owned one yet.

    Kevin I bought a maxima two weeks ago. It's starting to open up and looks good. You can use the acclimation setting on your vega and it will probably help.

    What percentage do you use on the acclimation setting when introducing new corals/clams?

    I don't have Vegas, just knew Kevin just got one, you could ask alpinerousch, I think he always uses his acclimation setting.

    Mantle fully extended? What color did that turn out to be under the LEDs?

    yes fully open and closes fast when anything near it so were doing good pretty with blue line around edge
