I called Vanessa to see if he was still available. She said no that real nice couple from the club just took him home.
He keeps swimming right past the aiptasia. But he is hunting copepods and pulled one spaghetti worm out of the sand gummed it for a bit and then spit it out
This is a fish that I have never kept. 12 years of reefing and I have never bought one. I may need to add it to my list John
Beautiful CBB! Looks very healthy so if it's been there 3 weeks it's bound to be eating something. You may have to turn off your power heads and distribute food to give him a fighting chance to get food. CBB are very deliberate in their eating but mine will sometimes chase food pretty aggressively if I make him. Congratulations! He will be a great addition. Hopefully he will give the aiptasia a try. Not all of them eat it aggressively but most do!
Watch him eat four spaghetti worms this morning so I'm thinking I'm going to have to name him after a famous Italian. Right now De Niro is at the top of my list.
