Is this plug and play setup?

 

If you have a controller. Deltec says you don't need a controller with their reactors, but I feel better with one. I have a Pinpoint controller I used with it. Will sell it with it for $45.00, but may need a new probe. I even have full bottles of CO2 for 10 bucks each. I just want to clean my garage up some.
