IPS Weld-on # 4 Solvent Plexiglass Acrylic Glue 1 pt. Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/IPS-Weld-on-4-S ... 0366177173
Weldon #4 is very very very thin. Apply with a needle bottle thin. Just a warning. Also, you will need rather large clamps, weight, and a week to let the tank sit to cure to full capacity.
Umm that looks serious. I would follow up with weld #16 for the brace. Get 2 sheets to sandwich it and clamp it for good hold. I had to do this for my tank. Raffle grabber
When my tank got buffed it had a crack in the brace and the guy at Deversified Plastic glued it back together. He also told me after the glue is done it is as strong as the plastic no need to add other plastic to brace it. if there is a way to clamp it you might not even beable to see the crack after gluing. It only takes a few minutes to dry should be no reason to wait more than a day.
I think Weldon says wait 24 hours to use and full cure in a few days to a week Personally when building a tank from scratch I would always give it a week to fully cure But Kevin is also right I don't think using it same day is gonna hurt too much in your case since its a brace It may slow the full curing Time down some
