JaysUncle (Joe) has or had been using a Remora skimmer. He just finished setting up a new tank and I am not sure whether he got a new skimmer or not. He is currently on vacation in Hawaii and will be back sometime this week. Send him a PM I am sure he can give you some good information on them atleast.
I'm still using mine on my small tank. After seeing what my Euro-Reef can do on my new tank, I would probably go with a small needlewheel like a Coralife instead of the Remora next time.
