I've heard when they start to bleach they go fast but wow. It was the peach frag I got from the frag work shop, very nice peice and was doing great, great color, polys were out almost all the time, actually one of the best looking acros I had. when I left for work monday morn. it looked fine, when I got back thursday night it was totally bleached. everything else looks fine just that one acro. Still don't know what happened, I left it in the tank just in cause it tries to recover, but last night I noticed some type of bug on it, I don't thing it was pods but not sure, they were dark and long looking. I fresh water dipped it just in case it was some type of red bug. even if it had bugs I don't think it would have bleached that quick.
I hate it when things like this happed and you can't figure out why[IMG]

It's not your falt, thats just the nature of the game with wild cought acros. Any fluctuation in water parametes or system equipment peformance can cause RTN. Thats why I prefer multi generation tank raised stuff that sucesfully adapted to a closed system enviroment. Also thats why I don't suport the "so called sps experts" People that puchase wild cought stuff and find one that actually manages to survive and market it with a catchy name like "purple monster". What they don't mention is the mortality rate.

Thanks SubaDog, I just hate when I loose something in my tank, I always feel as though I have failed somewere. I have also been trying to be more aware of were the corals I buy come from and try to get more things that are tank raised.
