150 watt systems out there for $470 now. Complete unit, built in fans, the works. 150w LED Fixture. 50/50 blue to white ratio with two violet and two red diodes. 119 3w led's driven to 1.26w. Fixture is 16x9x3" in size and covers a 30x24" area at 8" above the tank. Par #'s tested in water are the following. 6" is 1479, 12" is 878, 18" is 553, 24" is 392, 30" is 210.

Yep thats it. Didnt know if there were rules about posting links like other sites. The Par numbers on that size fixture are leading the way on LED's from what I have seen so far. Wish I had a grand to drop on a couple of them.

Dont know. The overall wattages are similar, but the wave point drives the LED's almost to their max. The other uses more led's driven half their max which may give a longer life cycle. Until Wavepoint releases these and someone does some par testing, its up in the air.
