    Glenn Make sure you get a flush valve setup on it. The RO membrane needs to be flushed once a month, it really helps extend the membrane life.

    Think I'm gonna buy one of these babies. I hate doing regular tests. Anything I can just stick in the water and get a reading is great.
     
  9. FYI photometers work by adding a reagent or reagents to precipitate out the chemical you're looking for, and then the meter measures the turbidity of the test solution. The more turbid (cloudier) the result is, the higher the level of what you're measuring for.
