Is it normal for a scroll to turn white on the edges. Its still growing. I have had this scroll for a while its a frag I received from one of our meetings last year. It started this about a month ago. Raffle grabber
Plating corals do tend to have a lighter growth ring around their edges, though I wouldn't call them white. I know that I see this primarily in Montipora Cap that are orange and purple will have vastly different colored growth margins on there rims.
