Blake, Can you get me a 1" diamond bit and what would it run me? If bigman needs the same I would be willing to split the price with him and we could both use it and he could keep it. I know most are good for 5+ holes if your not going through 3/4" plate glass.
Do you want to use regular Sch 40 ABS bulkheads or Sch 80? Most people just use the Sch 40. They are the black ones like NSA and most places have. for the Sch 40 bulkheads the bit will cost : $10 for the Sch 80 bulkheads the bit will cost : $11 I will drill it for you if you like.
