Don't order from this business. "Aquatic Connections". Leigh Ann has tried since May to receive an order from them and they either don't send the fish at all or the fish are dead when they come in. Oh and they don't send your money back either! They have lied to her since the beginning on the shipments and keep putting her off. Order at your own risk!
I've heard this before on other national forums. You might take note of their web address aquacon.com Sounds like a warning to me.
I've order from these guys before and have had poor experience with them. What they do is they have these deals and a lot times they don't actually have them instock or the fish aren't ready to be sold. I ordered some blue reef chromis when they had the deals for them once and they refunded the purchase (without even notifying me) and a ton of other things they didn't have or they deemed unhealthy. I made a large order and what happened was it went from a 200.00 order to a 50.00 order without shipping included. They are not like liveaquaria or bluezooaquatics, your order will not come the next day or so. You will receive a random call or email one day saying your order is coming in on this day. It makes it hard for people who have jobs to take off or have someone home for this sort of order. Customer service was okay. No free shipping. Random sending dates. No reasons for refunds. I would not order from here again.
I'm glad that I didn't order from them. When I Google LPS corals, many times their website comes up. I've been ordering from saltwaterfish.com, and been really happy. I've put in several requests with them, and they've filled them everytime. Like sometimes they may have an item that is their choice of a mushroom, or color of a specific coral. I've always messaged them in my order section, and asked if they had any of a certain color available, if I could have that. And they've tried to do it every time for me. I appreciate little stuff like that. I got a red glass cynarina today from them. I told them that most of my corals were green, and I was wanting one that was really red if possible. They sent me one, and wrote on the bag "the redder, the better. " Just little stuff like that goes a long way with me.
