Here is my Question for everyone down there. I am moving to Arkansas prety soon. Like as soon as I sell my House in the Cesspool that is that is IL based on the Business and Political climate. When 2 Goivernors Back to Back are going to Prison it is time to LEAVE. Were is a good area around Little rock to leave. I have a Brother in Hensley and would like to be close to him if possible.
In Little Rock look west... & northwest of town... In North Little Rock is very nice too... in NLR look northeast... Maumellle is close & nice too http://www.maumelle.org/ both are about 20 miles or so from Hensley... easy freeway drive...
Check out the East End community it is only minutes from Hensley. Alot of it depends all on what you are willing to pay for rent/mortgage as to where a good place to live is.
Hiya, I'm a realtor if you need help finding a place to live. Maumelle is nice, though it is a planned community. West Little Rock is nice, but can be expensive to live in. I'd recommend Bryant and Benton. Both are about half hour to 45 minutes from Hensley. East End is close to Hensley, but if you're looking for conveniences, you won't be happy. They also have some of the best schools in the area if you have kids. Kim/Benton, AR
I live in conway, but as far as little rock goes, a lot of my friends love living in the heights, you can walk to just about anywhere you need to go in the shopping area and is a great little community inside little rock as far as I've heard.
