I use the (AQUA FX Barracuda) RO/DI. Bought it at NSA, works great.

Check out BulkReefSupply and I think Blackeye field supply. Good prices and I use their filters and membranes. My TDS reads zero now for past 8 months now and it's suppling a 90 and 220 gal tank.

I hear they are supposed to be good. So far BulkReefsupply seems to be 'winning.'

I have heard great things about bulkreefsupply as well. I am picking up a unit from BenSheppard today that he had for sale. I will update you on my opinion.

Bulkreef or Buckeye either one. Russ at Buckeye is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I added another cannister to my system when we moved to Searcy as the water has a bunch of iron particles in it and I wanted to have a 5m, then a 1m sediment cartidges first to help save the carbon block unit as they are more costly, not to mention the RO membrane and DI cartridge. He was very helpful and great prices. I buy the 5m sediment at Lowes but get the rest from him. Make sure and don't start using the particle carbon cartridges from Lowes or HD as they are cheaper but can let water channel through them and they don't last long either. Pay the bucks for the carbon BLOCK cartridges, they last alot longer so it doesn't cost anymore in the end. I use the one that is good for 20,000 gals. I believe.

PS make sure you get the flush valve and flush the RO membrane every 1 st of the month for 5 mins. I just use a portable Hanna TDS meter also and test a cup of water once a month, most everyone says they are more accurate then the inline ones. My TDS usally runs around 1.

Thank you for all your responses.
Looks like BulkReefSupply is going to be something I am going to check into...

I have been using water from a local Glacier Machine. My readings were always under 5 and had no algae issues at all.
Well for some reason this past month I am getting some red slim algae in all my tanks and I have never had this before. My money also got stuck in the machine during a fill up today so I assume someone is not cleaning and maintaining the unit.
Its sad because I really did get good water out of those things for the most part.

I used to use a GLACIER machine as well. But they moved it from the location. It was serviced every two weeks though and the technician did an excelent job of keeping it up.
