So I wanted to have a frag tank but I also wanted to make it low maintenance. I like my all in one nano so I made an all in one 40g breeder. An intank media basket can fit into the first chamber, a hydor slim skim in the second, refugium in third, then the return with dual lock line outputs.

Did you build that yourself? I would love to convert one of my QT tanks to a frag tank one day, that would be an awesome way to do it!

Well I didn't actually make it. I made a template and took it to a plastics shop and had them make it.

Very nice, will be a great frag tank. I would like to see it working sometime.

Which InTank media basket did you go with? They do great work. I have one of their baskets for the AC110.
I am up-grading my nano and I am doing something similar to your AIO idea.

Sorry for never answering some of the questions. The insert was made by Mr. Plastic in Little Rock. I gave them a drawing and dimensions and they did it for $60. Ended up using a innovative marine protien skimmer and biocube media basket, and a Lifegard quietone pump. Built a cheap top for my par38 bulbs and its been working great.
