With my Harlequin Tusk and Purple Tang about acclimated for the main tank I am not interested in loosing them to my Carpet which I suspect is responsible for several disappearances over the last six months. I have two brittle stars (not green) that are of average size which I can't fathom could be the culprets. My carpet is so large that he can consume a large fish in minutes and you would never have know the difference. If anyone has any other suggestion let me know. I may try to host it in the near future but for now he is goiing to be confined to the cage. I removed some of the squares from the egg crate on the top to allow in more light, I hope this works out. There is a workshop at MACNA next month about propagating anemones, so he had better hope that I don't learn to much because when I get back he just might be going under the knife.

Just get you about 6 small clowns and have a family feast. That carpet will crawl out through the holes you cut and have a feast. Good luck................
I do think it would be funny if you came home and the top of the anemone was spread out over the top of the cage and the column stretched down into the sand... stuck because it now has this purple tang sized lump in it on the outside of the cage. :shock: Well I actually hope not. Because I figure if that happened it would not make it until you got home from MACNA to cut it up :roll:
