What fish do you have in your tank? You don't want to have them eat your peppermint when you drop them in there.
You have the same delema I do. A copperband is one option but they are fragile and may not be compatable in your tank. The only other way is to move the rock where you have access to Juice it. I know.... I have a 125 and have a couple that are on the bottom of the large side. [IMG] This will be a pain but will pay off in the long run for sure.

I went to the local farm store and bought the smallest seringe I could with a needle. I fill it with lemon juice and inject it right into the aptasa they will die. try and put needle down in center if you can for best results.

i have a fire fish in my lil nano right now.

  5. I have not been to successful with Joe's Juice - they are like trick Birthday candles with that stuff. You think there gone and then they ust reappear like the candle flame. I have not heard of lemon juice so I am going to give it a try.

I would be careful about using very much lemon juice in a nano. It would make the concentration even higher because of the smaller water volume.
Joes will work but you have to use a lot in the aptasias and have a direct hit with it. Some of the aptasias will have to be dosed more than once too.

A nano? That should be easy to take care of. Don't just let it go. try something. I always screen new rocks and corals before they go in the main tank for aptasia, they are extremely hard (if not impossible) to get rid of in a good sized established system.

I had a small aiptasia problem in my 24g nano too - I bought a bottle of the Red Sea Aiptasia-X and gave it a try - works like a champ! You can find it here : http://tinyurl.com/6b3s35
