    John, that makes me think of another question. How many total corals did you get from club meetings (just the ones the club supplied not those you bought from members) and how many of them do you still have?

    For my measely 2 year membership fee I took home 10 corals 9 of which are still in my tank. The red acro from Reef Splash only made it a few days. All the others I've acquired from club meetings have been very hardy (considering the first ones went in my tank only a month after completing the cycle).

    If you lost a coral, which ones? It might tell us something about that coral or at least that mother colony.

    I think that I'm losing the green favia (?) from the reef splash. When I placed it in my tank, it was at the bottom, but in the center. I noticed it started bleaching, & not opening it's tentacles. I've moved it to a lower light area, but I'm not sure if it's going to recover. That's the only coral I've had an issue with, but I think it was my fault for exposing it to too much light.
