Have we ever thought about doing a Frag Swap for a meeting? I know we just did one of our two major reef events, I was just wondering if a Frag Swap has ever been mentioned. John
Hiya, We did a frag auction last year at Shawn's house. I like the idea, gives folks a chance to spread out some corals to other tanks incase something happens to your own tank. Kim/Benton, AR
I actually wouldn't mind having a frag swap here in Little Rock. Considering how much it costs to drive out of town to these other frag swaps, I could definitely buy more corals with that unspent gas money. I generally spend about mid-triple digits at higher-end frag swaps. Was really hoping to go to OKC's frag swap to see if AZNnutty brought some highend flower anemones but won't be able to. However, I don't even have a tank up and running so I don't feel too down, lol. It looks like a lot of the major cities around us have already held their annual frag swaps so I'll just continue to save up for a spring frag swap that will have big name vendors show. Hopefully by that time I'll have finally decided on a tank and have it up and running.
