Mine are dipped and in the tank. I'll try to post some pics shortly. I didn't get too much (a couple of acros and three zoa colonies)

We are back. I'm going to dip shortly. There were 3 vendors at the store. I took a picture of each frag tank after Doc and I bought our goodies. The second frag tank was mostly $25. He had a buy 4 get 1 free deal. The third photo had a bunch of zoa frags on the right that were $10 each buy 3 get 1 free.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

I'm getting tired of them. LOL

The pics don't do the sticks justice. They are nice. pretty happy with the zoas too. John got the same A. valida. Hope he can take a better picture than me.

Fun way to spend a dreary day. Did get home in time to watch the Hogs beat MSU!

Did you buy the smaller of the two Rasta colonies? If so I was standing right beside you when you did. Wish I would have known

Yeah, I thought about the Bowsers....for a minute or so.

Yeah I bought the smaller of the two rastas. I was the skinny little asian guy =) Were you by chance the gentlemen asking about the rock nems and I stated that you could do Flat worm exit on them?

He should have cut that bowser up! lol. I would have loved a frag XD.

Yep, guilty as charged. I kind of wish I'd bought the other Rasta colony even though I have some already.

Yeah I was actually aiming for the larger one but he wanted a lot more. The smaller one actually had an infected polyp but I decided I would buy it, treat it and frag it, which I plan to do today after breakfast.

So this morning I also noticed some of the polyps on some of the stuff I bought yesterday missing. I found zoanthid/paly/lps/sps eating asterina stars, specifically, a fiji-asterina. Probably one of the worst pests I have ever encountered. I'd easily take aptasia any day. Make sure you guys double check all your stuff, as these guys will consume many other coral species as well. I have found 2 as of this morning. One was found still munching on a large poylp of Vulcans blood which is pretty much gone at this point.

They look like asterinas but will have a unique green/brown/white pattern on its up-side.

These guys are tough and will survive dips. Only way I have ever beat them is to pick them off while in QT and frag/inspect everything to a brand new QT system. Was hoping to QT for only 7 days but I will have to go much longer in quarantine now.

Hopefully you guys haven't put your frags in to your displays because these guys actually travel quick at night. Once gone, they will reproduce like mad.

If you would like to know which vendor it was from, PM me.

Deton8it, your picture looks fuzzy but I think I see an asterina with the orange ring zoas. Its to the right of your bottom left cluster laying on top of the green algae.

I did have some asterina's, quite a few pods but no flat worms thank heavens.

John were the flat worms in the bag with one of the acros or with the zoas?
