Anybody going to be at Reef Fest that may have some frags of photosynthetic gorgonians for sale? I have two, and I'm starting to really like them.
The top one is branching, but I read somewhere where this one is closer to a gorgonian than gsp. I was down a rabbit hole when I read that, so I can't find the link now. But that's why I included it. But regardless, I'm wanting to buy branching things like this.
I have 2 branching Gorgonians. Let me see if either is ready to frag. I honestly haven't noticed much growth. John
I gave my two away when I broke down the tank to move. I liked mine and would like to get another sometime. KP aquatics has a good reputation for selling gorgonians. They collect in the Gulf/Caribbean where there are multiple species of gorgs. From diving there they really are one of the dominant corals on the reef. http://www.kpaquatics.com/product-category/gorgonians-octocorals/
David, when these get to the point where i feel comfortable fragging them, I'll give you a frag of them.
It seems like they've got some nice pieces. If we did a group buy, I'd like to do it close to a meeting since that'd be the only time I could pick them up.
I'm cool with BRS too. I need BRS more actually but I will stay flexible. We really need to take advantage of BRS' Black Friday sales
