ok i have 2 pics #1???????? #2 to the right of the xenia there is a small patch it has kind of neon dots under the moon lites and white/yellow under day lites ill take and post some day lite some time today
#2 looks like a recovering scroll coral or turbinaria, I wanna go with chalice on #1 but couldn't tell you for sure.
Yep, I'm with Calvin, #1 looks like a chalice. I have no idea on #2. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
im not even shure #2 is a coral havent seen any polp extintion r anything but thats dusnt say anything
I feel this needs to be a contest with the winner to be decided when the coral gets a bit bigger and a more detailed picture can be taken haha!
(lmao ya i might do that and if it gets big bring the winner a nice size frag of it to the meeting) i realy dont know if the one in #2 pic is a coral r not
It looks like a wild type of Zoa the way that it is encrusting. It looks simular to the way star polyps spread just without the polyp extension. Did in come on the piece of rock?
ya it came on a piece of dead cup that the Xenia was on i bought both pieces of coral for 15bucks at Marine World
