this a baby anomie?

    Is this a baby anomie it is in the circle. and those are zoanthides just for size it has a foot and 1/4 inch tinatles but dues not look like aptasia or mojos I look like a baby of the good kind but I have no idea it may be full grown the way it is? Sorry I need a macro lens.

    Hard to say from the pic but it could be a ball anemone.  They are nocturnal by nature but can be "tought" to open during the day.

    That is just a palythoa or zoa closed up tight.

    I would have to see it opened up but I would agree with ibassfish on this.

    If you look just above the closed zoa polyp, you can faintly see the tantacles of what I think we're talking about.  It does kinda look like an aptasia to me.

    Since the pic is blurry in that specific spot and these things are translucent it's hard to say but here is a shot of a ball anemone:

    thats it! looks just like that but it has walked off some where now.
