Looks and sound like a bristle worm.  Good not bad.  Just don't touch with your bare hands.  They can have a sting that feels like fiber glass.

  5. Bristle-worms are harmless and beneficial scavengers, they eat waste products and left over food, they can get back in the rockscape of the tank where other members of the CUC can't.

If you want to catch him, get an old 35mm film cannister and drill some 1/8" holes in it.  Put sopme small live rock or sand in it along with a piece of whole krill.  Set it in the sand away from the rock a few inches as the lights go out.  You can also tie fishing string around the top to pull it up when your ready.  The worm will go through the hole in the side to get to the krill.  The trap works great.
