First of all it seems you are confused about the post. I did not call your event petty or stupid nor would I as a reefer myself. I called it petty and stupid that you would get upset because of a post put on this thread of a nice reef store. I just wanted to share it with others but as I said earlier sorry for upsetting you. Go back and read your post and you will understand.

    lol

Now, lets talk about a frag swap.

Worlds Under Water will be there along with nine other vendors (so far) with frag tanks set up. We are actively promoting this event through our store and on our Facebook page. We have also seen a huge response from our neighbors up north "the SEAS club". Conway Corals just joined the event.

Looks to have a decent turnout.

Looking for 34"x15"x15" to 30"x15x"x15" used sump with a filter sock rack built in. I run a aqueon 24-26" but it doesn't have enough room for a refugium to run the way I have it setup to get rid of bubbles and I'd like to run two better quality skimmers. I run an odyssea 40 and a coralife 65. So A good priced skimmer for 65+ gallon tank would be nice too. I saw an aqua-eura down here for $135 but because my sump is too dinky I've had to pass up on it. So if I get a good sump, preferred not DIY to avoid issues, I will be buying stuff for it like a protein skimmer, reactors and etc. I run a heavily stocked tank if your wondering why I run two protein skimmers but I can't place in a decent second skimmer cause I'm flat out of room, the odyssea one is barely working too. I have x3 power heads atm but may upgrade one depending if anyone brings good ones at good prices. As you can see, I'd probably easily spend a couple hundred just on gear without even corals lol but I won't know till I see what people bring and how much they want and quality wise of the item. I'll be walking around with a tape measurer in one hand and styrofoam box in the other for sure~

How big is your tank. And how big of a footprint do you have space for? You may see if you can get one good Skimmer instead of 2 mid quality skimmers.

When you come up for the frag swap stop by Worlds Under Water. We'll get you hooked up with a Reef Octopus that will handle your needs.

Oh and Worlds has plenty of sumps to choose from that the RO skimmers fit in.

So come to the frag swap.

The tank is 65 gallons. The sump is a aqueon proflex model 3 for up to 110 gallons. To make the sump have a good bubble trap and the skimmers to function properly, they actually have to go into the refugium compartment which is way smaller. Probably, actually "8" in length but only, 7" x 13-3/4" is the space usable. There are these two side prongs which are about 1/2" on either side which make things hard to place in. The sump design wasn't that great but it was on sale and I got a good price for it. Less than 150.00 if I recall. A change in the sump would mean I would have alot of room for upgrades ;) The total length of the sump is 25" only. So if I can get anything under 34", it would be awesome. I had no choice but to go with two skimmers. Also having two skimmers is not too bad either I guess. If one gets flunky, I always have a back one lol. I remember 1 weekend without the skimmer and the corals were very pissed off lol.

No, but there will be some nice WUW gift certificates. But, that's a good idea! Still plenty of time till the event. Maybe we can work on that. Thanks for the helpful input.
