Half the price of a name brand, 2 year parts and labor warrenty. I like the way this thing is built. I think it will be great and got really good reviews. Cant wait to hook it up.

 

I see the cat has made use of the box it came in! Lol

 

He is all about boxes... We keep one or two laying around just for him to play in.. He is always up in everything I do, especially when it comes to the fish tank.

We worked hard yesterday... Was a fun time though...

 

Ordered two of these bad boys yesterday!.... I have about got all I want of the 10k's too... I am going to be putting back in the 20s soon.... I cant wait... The tank looks so washed out right now but its fixing to POP!... 

 

Scored some cabinets from work today too... gotta love freebies!!... I really hate having wires everywhere. I cant stand the looks of them. At work we have to make our stuff look as neat as possible and I like my stuff at home to be the same way. SO.... After scopeing out the shop I found an old battery box and an old Panel can that I could use..... THIS:


Will soon be tucked nice and neat inside of THESE:


I am going to paint them both white (or I might even go all out and pait a cool scene on the doors) but we will see... either way its going to clean up the look of my set up a lot.

Thought it was pretty cool that these displays would fit perfectly inside the window on the cabinet too... the one is the elite and is a scale representation being that I cant take it down and put it there to shoot a pic and the other is a later add on. Still thought it was neat:

When are you going to host a meeting so we can come see in person?

 

I didn’t know how far out you guys were in booking the
meetings each month but Sam and I very briefly discussed it and he said maybe
next year. I figured you had them planned till then when he said that but, I am
up for a meeting just pencil me in with enough advance to make arrangements. My
home is always open to anyone that wants to come over and look at any time
though. I would be more than happy to show it.

 

I havent seen them holding... I am sure they will eventually but as of now no.

 

On another note though my Clown fish Female will not let ANY fish into the cave under the Toadstood she calls home... I have been watching the pair the past couple of weeks and they have been dancing together and fluttering around wildly... I can only thing that she has finally laid a clutch in there. The male just hangs out right in the front of the entrance but she is the one that will go and push anyone that goes in out. Its been funny to watch.

 

Anyone know anywhere to buy an MP40 cheaper than the regular 400?? Going to be putting one or two in here soon.

Its been a minute since I updated this thread.... Just thought I would add something. Everything is fine. Chemical levels are great, fish healthy, corals are all coming into their own after adjusting to the light change and all. Two new MP 40s are keeping things moving and everything is shaping up. (lets hope they stay that way, *knock on wood*)
